Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, or to items that have been used beyond simple inspection.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.
