Refund policy

At Verlaine Dublin, we do everything we can to ensure our customers' satisfaction. However, there may be times when you want to return a product. This Return Policy clearly explains the applicable terms and procedures.

1. Return conditions

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • An item can only be returned after it has been physically received by the customer.
  • Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility, including international shipping costs and any customs fees.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging still attached.
  • Trying on the item is allowed, but extended use or wear of the product is not permitted.
  • Returns resulting from orders intentionally placed with multiple sizes or variants for the purpose of returning part of them are not accepted.

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer at their own expense.

2. Return procedure

To make a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a return request by email to info@verlainedublin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once your request has been validated, we will provide you with our supplier's return address, located in China.
  3. Return the item to this address entirely at your own expense, including shipping, customs, and any taxes.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number (tracking and tracing).

Verlaine Dublin cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed returns without proof of delivery.

3. Refunds

Once the item is received at the return address and after verifying its condition:

  • If the return is approved, the purchase value of the product will be refunded within up to 30 days.
  • The refund will be made using the original payment method.
  • Initial delivery fees and return costs are non-refundable.

4. Liability and delivery

  • Verlaine Dublin is not responsible for packages lost when tracking indicates the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • In the event of an incorrect address provided in the order, responsibility lies entirely with the customer.
  • Any error in delivery information must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
