Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (track & trace), when available.

2. Delivery times

The average delivery time is 4 to 9 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that these times are provided as an estimate and may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • periods of high demand,
  • customs checks,
  • logistics or transport delays.

Verlaine Dublin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.

3. Shipping method and product origin

  • All orders are shipped directly from our partner suppliers.
  • Due to international shipping, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on the destination country.

Any such fees are the customer's responsibility and are subject to the regulations of the delivery country.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout.

The shipping cost depends on:

  • the weight of the parcel,
  • the destination,
  • the delivery method selected.

Verlaine Dublin reserves the right to adjust shipping costs based on logistics conditions.

5. Responsibility upon delivery

  • Once the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, Verlaine Dublin's responsibility ends.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check the accuracy of the delivery address before finalising their order.
  • Any error or change of address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

In the event of an incorrect address, Verlaine Dublin cannot be held responsible for the loss or delay of the order.
